VWO aims to track the performance of the FTSE Emerging Markets All Cap China A Inclusion Index, which includes stocks of companies of all sizes. The fund is approriate for investors seeking long-term growth and diversification from developed markets stocks. Investments in Emerging Markets stocks are riskier than investments in developed markets stocks, due to political uncertainty and currency fluctuations in addition to equity market risk.

When VWO declines in value, we’ll automatically sell it and buy the alternate as part of our tax-loss harvesting strategy.
