How will you keep your rates low?

Just like we do with our Cash Account, we cut out intermediaries and manual processes. By using technology and automation, we’re able to run lean—and pass more savings onto you.

What types of loans will you offer?

We’ll offer low rates on Conventional and Jumbo loans up to $5M with fixed or adjustable rates (ARMs). Conventional ARMs are available up to $1.2M for single-unit homes and up to $2.3M for multi-unit homes. Jumbo ARMs aren’t available yet, but we plan to offer them in 2026. Whether you’re purchasing or refinancing, we’ll help you find the loan that’s right for you with a rate that’s lower than the national average.

When can I apply?

Home purchase and refinance applications will be available soon to clients in Colorado, Texas, and California. We’ll notify you when you’re able to apply.

What if I’m in another state?

Clients in any state can join the waitlist. We’ll keep you updated as we expand.

Do I need a Wealthfront account to join?

Yes. You’ll need to open and fund any one of our Wealthfront accounts to gain access to the waitlist.

Can I speak with someone if I have questions?

Of course! You can chat or schedule a call with a loan expert whenever you need help. The entire process is designed to be self-serve, but humans are on standby.
